“Centro Form” is a cheese factory located in the heartland of Sicily, founded by Giuseppe Caruso in 1984. For over two generations, the Caruso family produce over 50 different cheeses ( including the traditional “Pecorino Siciliano PDO” and “Piacentinu Ennese PDO” ) from locally sourced milk that comes from animail raised in extensive pastures.
